We want you to be completely happy with your new purchase. If you don't love it, send it back!

Cancellation

  • We only accept an order cancellation before the product is shipped out.   

Returns

     A. Due to our reasons

  • Consumers have the right to apply for a return within 30 days of purchase, No returns will be accepted after 30 Days!
  • If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee. No restocking fee to be charged to the consumers for the return of a merchandise

     B. Due to consumer reasons

  • Consumers have the right to apply for a return within 30 days of purchase, No returns will be accepted after 30 Days!
  • To be eligible for a full return, the item(s) must be in the same condition, All merchandise must be unwashed, unworn, unused or unaltered and with tags attached.
  • If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.

How to Return

     A. Start

     B. Get Your Return Ready

  • Once you have received an email with your Return Authorization Number, please pack up the items you'd like to return.
  • We recommend using a carrier that offers tracking.
  • Please do not combine multiple returns into one package and in contrast do not separate a return for one order into multiple boxes. We strongly advise packaging that can contain all the items you wish to return.
  • Be sure to follow the instructions provided to guarantee that your return is processed smoothly.

Processing & Refunds

  • After the arrival of the item(s), we will assess the condition of the product and according to the assessment, the case will be resolved in a full refund, discount coupon, reshipment of product or decline of return.
  • Once your returned item(s) is/are received and assessed, a notification email will be sent to your email.
  • After which, when eligible, the refund will be processed and credit automatically applied to your original method of payment, within 3 - 5 business days.
  • We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Late or missing refunds

  •  In case of a delayed or missing refund, please contact the payment provider company of the payment method used for the purchase. It may take longer for payment providers to process the refund.
