Order

Once your order has been submitted successfully, the order goes almost immediately to processing and then it’s sent to the warehouse to ship. To get your order to you as fast as possible, no changes can be made at this stage. Please contact us immediately to cancel the order. Otherwise, we’d be happy to start a return for you for the looks you didn’t mean to order.

We are currently not set up for exchanges, we recommend that you apply for our return process.

You may change your shipping address after you place an order by contacting customer service below. Typically, you can only do this the same day an order was placed because items are shipping as fast as possible. If an item has already been processed for shipping, you may not be able to change the address. All address corrections are subject to review and can be declined following a security screening.

Unfortunately Cash on Delivery is not available at this time.

Lightones currently accepts Visa, Mastercard. We also accept payment via Paypal.

Depending on the status of your order, we may not be able to cancel it. In order to best assist with your request, we recommend reaching out to us via phone or live chat for immediate assistance. If we are unable to cancel your order, we can always walk you through our easy returns process.

Returns

Yes! You can now return items bought in-store using our easy, online returns form. Just go here to sta rt a return. (Make sure you provide your email address for your receipt - you can find your order # in the email).

We will gladly accept unworn, unwashed, unaltered or unused merchandise in sellable condition for a full refund within 30 days of purchase. To see full policy, click here .

After which, when eligible, the refund will be processed and credit automatically applied to your original method of payment, within 3 - 5 business days.

Shipping

We do not ship to PO Box nor APO/FPO/AFP military addresses.

After your item has been shipped, an email confirmation will be sent to the email address you have provided during your purchase.

Rest-assured we are doing everything in our power to get your order to you as soon as possible! Once your order is dispatched, depending on your region, estimated delivery time is between 7 to 10 business days. Please consider any holidays that might impact delivery times.

Please note that we require 1 working day on average to fulfill your order before dispatching it.

Don't worry that your order is on the way. Most of us, we will ship your order all in one package, but due to inventory issues, it may be sent separately. If you have not received your package for a long time, please contact us
